Remember that time you went to the supermarket and found yourself pulled, almost magnetically, to the chocolate, biscuits or crisps aisle? You snuck an armful of chocolates, biscuits, crisps… [fill in the gap] into the trolley, trying to hide it under the healthy stuff.
Then you had a conversation with yourself like this:
Just because I bought it doesn’t mean I need to eat it. And even if I DO eat it, I’m only going want or need to have a little. I’m going to be strong this time; show some discipline.
