I know from experience that the best way to get results is by working with clients for a longer period of time (usually three months or longer). If you’re looking for a one-off consultation, I am not the right therapist for you.   • Behavioural sessions to overcome negative or emotional eating patterns – beating cravings, mastering willpower, letting go of bad habits (longer programmes only)
  • Coaching, motivation, accountability and support throughout the programme to help you break free from whatever has held you back in the past (longer programmes only)

STEP 4. At the scheduled time of your call, we’ll have our consultation. We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit.

STEP 5. Then we’ll get started. If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps you need to get going. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.
