I'm Ailsa Hichens, a Registered Nutritionist with over 10 years' clinical experience working in women's health. I'm so happy you picked up my food journal and I hope you'll really enjoy using it. I created it because I couldn't find anything else like it on the market - where you could track your food, mood and healthy habits without having to also write down your calories or macros. It just felt so hardcore; like you're in a world of deprivation. It totally went against my ethos.
I know that losing weight and feeling great doesn't have to feel like a punishment when you're eating to nourish your body and support your wellbeing, and I'd like to show you how.

Although the focus of some of these resources is for women over 40 - these are perfect for ALL people, and ALL women.
